The primary purpose of this communication is to give security to our clients in the purchases on our e-commerce.

Kap International  owner of Kap Design produces high quality items of furniture fully completed and finished in Italy;
they can be seen at the Kap Showrooms because we want to give our customers the opportunity to see and touch
the beauty and quality of our production.

However we ensure withdrawal right, if our products do not meet the requestes of our Clients
and we guarantee our products for any manufacturing defects both mechanical and aesthetic.
In the latter case we provide the replacement of the purchased object or part of it

without any additional cost and in the shortest time.

- The shipment of our products is carried out by specialized transporters and the goods are insured any damage.

If the Customes finds a package obviously damaged during the transport, he should specify it on
the delivery documents, decide to accept or reject the goods and immediately notify the company.
If the Customer accepts the goods with a written reserve we'll replace the damaged parts or products
as soon as possible
after a comunication made before 3 days from the package acceptance day.

- We offer a pre and post sale service to help our customers via phone and email from Monday to Friday

from 9.00am to 6.00pm (
Rome - UTC +1).

- Mounting, maintenance and cleansing instructions.

- We realize furnising object or design projects on demand.
- Professionalism and courtesy.
